Whitney brings more than 15 years of professional experience across healthcare, philanthropy, and legal marketing, with a proven track record of leadership, strategic execution, and event curation.

After a decade in hospital-based roles, Whitney pivoted following the COVID-19 pandemic to focus on a skillset that had consistently surfaced throughout her career: event management and experience design. This transition led her back to the Nashville, Tennessee area, where she joined Waller, Lansden, Dortch and Davis as Event Manager. In this role, she led approximately 65 events annually in 2022 and 2023, overseeing planning, execution, and client experience.

Following the firm’s combination with Holland & Knight, Whitney advanced into the role of Senior Marketing Events and Meeting Coordinator before being promoted to Regional Marketing Manager in October 2023. In her current role, she supports strategic marketing initiatives, regional event programming, and client engagement efforts across multiple markets.

Prior to transitioning into legal marketing, Whitney served in leadership roles within healthcare, most recently as Manager of Volunteer Services and Friends Gift Shop at WVU Medicine. There, she acted as liaison to the Friends of WVU Hospitals and launched Project SEARCH in 2020 in partnership with colleague Colleen Sybert, creating workforce development opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Earlier in her career, Whitney served as Director of Community Relations and Executive Director of The Regional Healthcare Foundation at Fairmont Regional Medical Center. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, she oversaw foundation operations, marketing and communications, volunteer services, pastoral care, and community engagement initiatives. Her work included strategic planning, capital campaigns, board development, and physician recruitment support.

She also previously served as Development Coordinator for Saint Thomas Health Foundation in Nashville, where she supported donor stewardship initiatives and signature programs, including Camp Bluebird, the NICU birthday celebration, and the Guardian Angel program.

Whitney holds both a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Public Relations and a Master of Public Administration with a certificate in Healthcare Administration from West Virginia University. In 2021, she earned a Meeting and Event Planning Certificate from Belmont University.

An active community leader, Whitney currently serves as Fundraising Chair for the Junior Service League of Gallatin and is a graduate of Leadership Sumner (2024–2025). She is also deeply involved in the PKU community, advocating at both local and national levels in support of her daughter.

Her previous leadership and service include participation in Leadership West Virginia, Leadership Marion, and board roles with organizations such as the United Way of Marion County and the Boy Scouts of America Mountaineer Council. She has also remained actively involved with Kappa Kappa Gamma as an alumnae leader and advisor.

Whitney is known for her ability to lead with vision, execute under pressure, and build meaningful connections through strategic communication and thoughtfully curated experiences.

She currently resides in Tennessee with her husband, Jeremy, their daughters, Jhett and Janae, and their bluetick coonhound, Paisley.
